Helen Astrup & Bernard Louis Jacot de Boinod
Astrup & Jacot penned a book in 1953 titled, 'Night Has a Thousand Eyes', which essentially concerns the Norwegian resistance in Oslo. Astrup was British by birth but lived in Norway. She was widowed from a Norwegian sea captain. Jacot, and it appears there is little else on him, parachuted into Norway during 1942. He has a record in the TNA at Kew, but gives scant detail on his exploits. Possibly he was SIS, but that is just a guess.
By chance, does anyone have any further information on them? If so, then I would be most appreciative of anything on these two enigmas.
Regards,
Bob
