Dogtag SS norge

Hi,

On a Dutch website there is a dogtag for sale from a SS-man. On the tag you also can read " norge", is there anyone who knows more about this ss dogtag? Is it from a Norwegian? Would it be possible to connect it with a name?

Theoretically it could be possible to connect it with the previous owner, but in fact it would be almost impossible. As most members of "Norge" were non-Norwegians, it could be assumed that the owner was German or of another nationality.
