Jan Baalsrud
It's worth taking a look at the following file from the UK National Archives: HS 2/161. This file is Lt Jan s Baalsrud's report on Operation Martin.
There appears to be no HS9 - personal file on him, which is strange. Does anyone know if this officer ever travelled to the UK?

Jan Baalsrud must have been in UK for qite a while. I have a picture of him as an intructor in pistol shooting at Special Training School 26 in Scotland. I do not know when the picture is taken.
