German surrender in Norway 1945

I recently came across a reference to the German surrender of forces in Norway being negotiated and signed at Cragiehall House in Edinburgh on May 12th 1945. It was my understanding that General Böhme already surrendered all forces on the morning of May 8th, so do anybody know what was negotiated and signed at Cragiehall 4 days later?
