Nowegian Army personnel listings - 1940

Does anyone happen to know where I can search for the listings of Norwegian Army personnel who were active with IR5 in the Lillehammer area and IR11 in the Aandalsnes area? Perhaps there is a central archive where these listings are retained.

I am particularly interested in NCOs and soldiers/neutrality guards from the Lillehammer area including Kadett NCOs.

Yes, I did understand the question

There is a possibility that some lists may excist, but it would probably be (a guess) the lists of the surrendering soldiers. The personell did undergo quite some changes, and probably the officer roster, maybe the NCO roster as well could be found - but doubtful obe for the enlisted men.

I will put in a request to the Riksarkivet, Oslo to see if they can assist. Perhaps a call also to the Armed Forces musuem in Akershus might be useful. To be honest I was hoping to access records on-line, but it looks as if a visit to Oslo is in order.

The IR 11 fightingreport written by commander Col Thue to Army commander Ruge, have a lot of information about what the Regiment have done. Much info about soldiers, officers, horses, weapon and cars in the Regiment , info about losses and missing in combat too.
The name of this report is : Rapport fra Møre Infanteriregiment Nr 11 fra Krigen i Nordre Gudbrandsdalen og Romsdal i tiden 11/04 - 02/05 1940.

Many thanks for the information on Col Thue. This man appears regularly in my research so I will now search out the relevant document.

The best info you can get is in the book "Et regiment i krig og fred IR11" written of Hans Olav Brevig.
